yep! you've read this right! I think the new Young Justice series (or at very list its pilot) could provide good inspiration. Story's multi-layered and the fights are fracking brutal! Look at the Genomorph. telepathic GEM freaks that can control minds. Doesn't it scream TITAN genetic warfare to you? or Exhuman? or downright Exurgent? Cadmus looks like a nice Hypercorps front from either an Ozma or Firewall initiative. My bet is on the former. Although... see next point. The Board of Directors of Cadmus, and their "See the Light" or "Serve the Light" stance, as well as their general appearance and seemingly all knowing spiel strikes me oddly as something Prometheans would do or say. Or it might be TITANs Now the JLA deploying kids for covert actions. As one of the Directors say, it's a darker twist. Would Firewall do that? or Oversight? It gives a nice premices for a group, tho: Offsprings/protegees of seasoned Sentinels get dubbed in Firewall for the undercover stuff, hacker acrobat sleeved in Neotenic (Robin) Parkour athlete sleeved Neurachem boosted Exalt fresh out of the tank (Kid Flash), Async debutante/spy sleeved in Ghost (Ms Martian), async Ultimate pupil in an Olympian morh (Aqualad) and worker POD morphed Fork of a Crow (Superboy). An PC Hypercorp Oligarch (Batman) is their proxy while a Fury sleeved martian artist is their trainer (Black Canary) and a Synth morphed AGI is their retainer (Red Tornado). The series itself begins in early January on Cartoon Network, and it's helmed by Greg Weisman (Gargoyles, spectacular Spider-Man) and Brandon Vietti (Batman under the Red Hood, Batman Superman: Apocalypse) and directed by Sam Register (DC Showcase Green Arrow + Jonah Hex). I think we can trust them to bring a great show and great inspiration for our dear game TODAY IS THE DAY!
