Need some help getting started
Hey all! I've been on a few times lurking and posting a bit. I bought Eclipse Phase off the shelf first night it showed up in stores and I love it. Hoping to get a new game going but need some quick help. First, from what I remember it's possible to get an E-copy if you bought the rulebook? I ask because I joined the army and moved to Alaska. My stuff hasn't caught up with me yet so I'm hoping to get a hold of an electronic copy without having to buy another hard copy until I find a group willing to play! I think I have some people on the hook so need to start doing research for a campaign. Anyway, is this still true? Also, can you get e-copies of Sunward? I noticed on RPGshop I couldn't find either but I could just have bad search-fu. The other thing is does anyone have a good location to go to get some simple but solidly EP style campaign ideas? *Edit - fund sunward on Drivethru RPG!

Yes; Eclipse Phase is Creative Commons with the licenses set up to allow unrestricted noncommercial copying and the production of noncommercial derivative works. If you don't want to pay a second time, just grab it off of a BitTorrent site or a site like 4chan's /rs/.

There should be a copy to purchase on RPGnow, but you can legally download it off of any of dozens of filesharing sites.
