An online learning platform I came to like: https://www.coursera.org/ A course which might be of interest to folks round here is From the Big Bang to Dark Energy.

Wow. Thank you! I didn't know
Wow. Thank you! I didn't know stuff like this was available. You have no idea how awesome it is for a guy who never had a chance to go to college to find a resource like this. Any other courses you'd recommend?

Mea Culpa: My mode of speech can make others feel uninvited to argue or participate. This is the EXACT opposite of what I intend when I post.

More Stuff I consider to hear
More Stuff I consider to hear and that has got at least a bit of a connection to EP: Nanotechnology: https://www.coursera.org/course/nanotech Astrobiology: https://www.coursera.org/course/astrobio Fancy astronomy (sounds a bit like a space documentry in lecture form): https://www.coursera.org/course/astronomy This one on vulcanology just started: https://class.coursera.org/volcano-001/class/index I don't see a big connection to EP, but there are only lecture videos and no extra weekly exams, so I hope it will be rather easy to follow. And if you want to, you can of course drop your knowledge on volcanoes whenever Mars, Venus and Io come up.

MIT's Open Courseware is excellent. I would also recommend exploring ArXiV every few days.

Another course I stumbled upon:

Imagining Other Earths Are we alone? This course introduces core concepts in astronomy, biology, and planetary science that enable the student to speculate scientifically about this profound question and invent their own solar systems.
